San Carlos is a well known village north of Santa Eulalia. San Carlos has a well-earned reputation as a meeting place for hippies and foreign residents of the island, who meet for coffee or a snack in one of the bars in town or in the hippy market on Saturdays in the restaurant Las Dalias.

eulalia1 San Carlos is also the starting point where they begin the different roads to the beaches of the eastern part of the island such as Cala Wood, Cala Nova and Cala Mastella.

Sant Carles area is filled with almond, fig and carob trees, and dotted with beautiful typical houses, traditional Ibizan house. The village is small but with great bars and restaurants and is chaired by a beautiful whitewashed church that was built in 1785, with a trace and a unique rectangular bell izquierda.Destacar shifted to a small but beautiful garden and several typical places like well or a "rose up" Roman, used to make oil.

eulalia2 Sant Carles has decades of intense cultural activity, as in the 50's many intellectuals chose this area to take up residence. Every Saturday of the summer and part of the market season opens in Las Dalias, just outside the village, which is one of the most established and charm. In their traditional positions may be white shirts dresses and Ibiza, as well as cutting casual fashion, crafts, jewelry and items coming from halfway around the world and inspired hippie.
